Return Policy

We want your Chia board to feel right. This policy explains returns for ready-to-buy boards and custom-made boards.

Ready-to-buy boards

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. The board must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original protective packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and shipping details.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the board arrived damaged or materially different from the order. After inspection, we will confirm the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Custom boards

Custom boards are made specifically for you and cannot normally be returned or cancelled once production has started. If there is a manufacturing issue, contact us with photographs within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you on a repair, replacement, or another fair solution.

Damaged delivery

Please photograph the packaging and board before use and contact us as soon as possible. Do not send a damaged board back without our confirmation.
