These terms apply when you browse Chia Surf, buy a ready-to-buy board, or request a custom board.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it and receive any required payment. Product photos and colors may vary slightly by screen and by the handmade finishing process. We will contact you if a board is unavailable or if an important order detail needs clarification.

Custom orders

Custom dimensions, colors, logos, and artwork are produced from the information approved by you. Please check the design carefully before confirming production. Small differences are part of handmade work; genuine manufacturing faults are addressed under our Return Policy.

Prices and delivery

Prices are shown in the currency stated on the page. Delivery timing is an estimate and can be affected by production, transport, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Import duties or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise.

Website use

Site content, images, logos, and design tools belong to Chia Surf or their respective owners. Please do not copy, resell, or reproduce them without permission. You are responsible for having permission to use any logo or artwork uploaded for a custom order.
